Improvement Consultant

Interior Health is hiring a term‑specific, full‑time Improvement Consultant who is passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare. This opportunity is available until approximately September 8, 2027, or until the return of the incumbent.

We're seeking a collaborative professional with strong data analysis and facilitation skills, as well as advanced experience with Excel and SharePoint, to support improvement initiatives across the organization.

Location: This position is flexible within the Central Okanagan region.
