As an Import/Export Coordinator II, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with cross-border trade regulations. You will serve as a key advisory contact for both internal and external stakeholders while fostering a Culture of Compliance. Your expertise will allow you to anticipate needs, identify risks, and optimize processes. Your primary duties will include managing and supporting international shipments for partners and customers, coordinating export activities with forklift operators, processing internal requisitions and sales orders, scheduling shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, and managing international shipping documentation. This position reports directly to the Trade Compliance Manager.
