Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch
Pay Rate: £13.24 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (MondayFriday)
Start Time: Fixed start between 07:00 09:00 (8-hour shift)
Working Pattern: Office-based during training, then hybrid (2 days WFH after est 13 weeks training)

Our client is seeking one or two Control Tower Operators/Administrators to support operations on a major logistics account. This is a key administrative and coordination role within a fast-paced supply chain environment, ideal for candidates with strong Excel and logistics knowledge.

During the training and probation period, the role will be fully office-based. Upon successful completion, hybrid working will be offered (2 days working from home per week).
