Implementation Manager - Customer Onboarding & Adoption

Motive is seeking a Manager of Implementation to lead the onboarding of our hardware and software solutions for flagship customers. You will oversee project planning, drive adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementations.

You will manage a team of Implementation Consultants, mentor them, and ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and deliver measurable CSAT improvements.
