About the Role

We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding, system setup, and successful product adoption.

In this role, you’ll guide clients from post-sale to full implementation — configuring systems, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.

If you’re strong in SaaS onboarding, project management, and client communication, this role gives you ownership of the entire implementation journey.
