Job Description
Internship (multiple roles across multiple teams) Youth Worker Intern (YW) Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in conceptualisation and planning of intervention groupwork programmes in schools for adolescents
- Assist in engaging of adolescents in 1-1 setting and big group engagement to sieve out their needs, and steer them towards positive trajectory
- Participate in data analysis and coming up with intervention strategy based on data sets
- Partake in learning and development sessions with the service group
- To attain a better understanding of adolescent needs in the school setting, in the community, and those who have offending behaviour
- To acquire interpersonal facilitation skills in working with adolescents and families in the conduct of programmes
