Boundless is hiring an Immigration Business Partner (IBP) to join our Embedded Services team. The role focuses on reducing the time HR teams spend on immigration administration by owning operational coordination, automation, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Track candidate pipelines in ATS and trigger case launches upon offer acceptance.
• Own case projection and auto‑launch workflows to ensure timely initiation with clean data.
• Complete position intakes and manage transfer, extension, amendment, and PERM cases.
• Conduct manager outreach, confirm internal approvals, and maintain validated job banks.
• Coordinate LCA postings, salary/title/worksite changes, and withdrawal workflows.
• Serve as the primary immigration contact for HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers.
