Immigration Client Representative

Principal Objective of Role

• Filing and compiling applications (visas, permit to land, work permit)
• Communicating with clients

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Management of client emails
• Reviewing of documents
• Prepare applications for filing and submission
• Co-ordination of immigration permit and visa entry
• Updating of reports and general data entry
• Co-ordinate and make payments for applications
• Co-ordinating of Meet and Greet
• Communicating with the Ministry of Home Affairs
• Filing of compliances
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum of 5 subjects at CXC
• Minimum knowledge of immigration services
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
