IMMEX Asset Control Analyst

The Job:

As an IMMEX Asset Control Analyst, you’ll be part of our Import‑Export team working as an on‑site employee. You’ll be responsible for tracking, managing, and reconciling fixed assets imported under the IMMEX program, ensuring proper documentation, registration, and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain detailed records of all fixed assets imported under the IMMEX program, including acquisition, location, movement, transfer, and disposal information.
• Ensure proper documentation for asset registration, transfers between facilities, and disposals in accordance with IMMEX and applicable customs regulations.
• Reconcile fixed asset records against customs documentation and IMMEX reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic physical audits of fixed assets and ensure accurate reconciliation with IMMEX and customs records.
