MacLean Engineering seeks experienced Mechanical Engineering Designers to join our Engineering team.

About the Position

As a member of the Product Engineering Team at a facility, the role involves designing and improving mechanical, powertrain, and related systems for mobile machines used in underground hard‑rock mining. The candidate will work on frames, enclosures, powertrains, suspensions, and other mobile equipment components.

Responsibilities (All candidates)

• Carry out the proper design and selection of components and their integration into the larger system to support the required form, fit and function of the product and to follow applicable standards and regulations.
• Detail the design using proper drafting techniques into bills of materials, fabrication/assembly details, and inspection/testing details.
