Job Description
Join a team as an IMAC Technician in the Greater Toronto Area, focusing on hardware deployment and helpdesk tasks. This on-site contract role offers hands-on IT experience.
The position is available immediately and requires on-site work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, until around June 30, 2011. You'll be responsible for software installations, performing IMAC activities, and providing 1st level Help Desk support. With your field service expertise, you will resolve hardware issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hardware roll-outs and related activities on various devices
• Assist with software installations and upgrades
• Perform deskside support for troubleshooting issues
• Provide timely Help Desk support and service
• Communicate effectively with customers to assess needs

• 1-2 years of relevant field service experience
