This contract position will focus on designing practical, scalable solutions through platform configuration, process automation, and well-governed enhancements. The role works closely with business and technology teams to improve system performance, streamline service operations, and promote sustainable platform use with minimal custom development.

• Configure and support cloud application modules related to field service, asset management, scheduling, contracts, pricing, entitlements, and service-level commitments.
