Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Onsite | Austin, TX | Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
+ Manage user access lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver)
+ Process and validate access requests, changes, and terminations
+ Troubleshoot provisioning issues and access discrepancies
+ Support role-based access control, least-privilege, and governance standards
+ Partner with security, IT, and business teams on access design
+ Assist with user access reviews, audits, and compliance documentation
+ Contribute to IAM initiatives (automation, workflows, role engineering)
+ Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps or similar tools
+ Maintain documentation and identify process improvements
