Position: ICT Manager Location: Galway (Onsite) Type: Permanent Important: This role is only open to Stamp 4, EU or Irish citizens Our client is looking to hire a ICT Manager. In this role you will be responsible for directing the strategic growth, security, and day-to-day delivery of ICT services throughout the organisation. This role covers oversight of infrastructure, leadership of the ICT service desk, enhancement of cybersecurity measures, and enabling digital transformation initiatives particularly the move toward a cloud-first Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your Responsibilities: Design and execute an ICT roadmap that supports overall organisational objectives. Oversee planning activities, budgeting, procurement processes, and the lifecycle management of ICT assets. Take responsibility for the performance, upkeep, and security of ICT infrastructure, including systems, networks, servers, and endpoints.
