ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud)

Job Summary

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for our cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will work closely with application, security and other internal teams, along with external vendors to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the Authority’s cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms as well as the concept of Landing Zones, infrastructure, and a proven track record of successfully supporting and managing cloud-based services.
