Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Administrator / ICT Supervisor to manage and support their full ICT environment across multiple operational sites. The role is responsible for infrastructure, networks, cloud services, internal applications, cybersecurity, user support, and ICT project delivery, ensuring high availability of production-critical systems within operational and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT support across multiple sites, including incident management and escalations
• Manage server infrastructure, VMware environments, and SAN storage
