As a customer service agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team, handling inquiries from customers for big international brands 🌍.

Your primary tasks will include:
📞 Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.

Qualifications:
🇮🇸 Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken).
