SwiftCruit in Penang, Malaysia seeks an experienced test engineering professional to drive testability and manufacturability of ICs from feasibility to production ramp.
You will collaborate with process development, fab, factory, QA, and reliability teams to enable post-silicon HVM ramp, evaluate ATE, perform yield analysis, and drive DFx/DFM features for efficient production testing.
