Job Title: IBMS (Operative BMS) SME

Work Arrangement: Hybrid-2-3 Days onsite

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong experience with Operative IBMS (BMS) support.
- Knowledge of Broadcast/Media workflows – Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing.
- Hands-on SQL and database troubleshooting experience (mandatory ).
- Experience in Helpdesk / EUC Support environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA , or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
