IAM & Help Desk Pro (12-Month Contract)

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first‑level IAM assistance in Singapore on a 12‑month contract. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and follow defined processes to ensure security and service quality.

Ideal candidates will have IT/CS/IS education and at least 1 year of IT service experience, with strong customer service and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of AD/Azure AD and ITIL basics is a plus.
