We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer – AVP to join a leading global organization in Bengaluru.

🕒 Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (EMEA Support)

📍 Location: Bengaluru

🔹 About the Role:

This is a senior leadership + technical role where you will own and drive end-to-end IAM operations, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across the enterprise. You’ll lead teams, manage vendors, and drive automation and continuous improvement of IAM services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IAM lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access requests & provisioning
• Lead IAM operations, platform stability & service delivery
• Drive automation, self-service & process improvements
• Ensure audit & compliance readiness (SOX, ISO, etc.)
