Operational/Strategic
- Very closely align to Digital Solution Managers to deliver value stream portfolio
- Own and Develop Application solution Blueprints
- Actively Run CI idea meetings
- Manage small change delivery for respective Value streams
- Ownership of Value stream SPD’s
Team Leadership
- Ensure Team Members have individual Performance
- Monitor team members work schedule and lead the team
- Manage training & development
- Supporting in Prioritizing & occupancy of resources
Stakeholder Management
- Develop & Maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders ( Finance Operations /IT etc..)
