Hygiene Operative (Day shift)

Join Our AM Hygiene Team, as a Hygiene Operative!

We are looking for an additional Production Hygiene Operative to join our friendly day shift team working Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:30. Starting salary is £13.55 per hour with an enhanced rate of £16.94 per hour. Enhanced rate is for hours between 8pm and 6am and for hours over 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Hygiene Maintenance: maintain impeccable hygiene standards in our food production areas, creating a safe and sanitary environment.
• Cleaning Tasks: undertake cleaning tasks using best practices, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised using appropriate chemicals. This involves dismantling, deep cleaning, and reassembling large industrial bakery equipment.
• Record Keeping: complete records to document the execution of hygiene procedures and the achievement of set standards.
