Pay Rate: $40.07 - 47.16 per hour (based on candidate's experience level), plus 12% vacation/statutory holiday pay

About the Role:

You are responsible for working with a team of other Shoring, Anchoring and Blasting professionals to operate the drilling equipment as needed on-site at projects.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide daily drilling support to the on-site team
• Responsible for daily production tracking and maintaining accurate drill logs
• Use drilling expertise to troubleshoot on-site equipment issues
• Train and mentor junior drillers and developing workers while maintaining quality control
• Ensure services are located and marked before drilling
