Hybrid Talent Acquisition & Learning Expert (Factory)

Beiersdorf in Argentona is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Learning & Training Expert to lead recruitment efforts and coordinate learning initiatives. This role combines 80% focus on Talent Acquisition and 20% on Learning & Training, ensuring effective hiring strategies and employee development.

The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience in a global context, a passion for attracting talent, and strong communication skills. You will work onsite at least 3 days a week.
