Job Description
Lead customer retention at Datmos as a hybrid Product Owner for CRM. Your strategic insights will drive engagement and increase Customer Lifetime Value across various e-commerce platforms.
You will work closely with the VP of Digital Strategy to create impactful CRM solutions. This role will require strategic foresight in managing complex client requirements while prioritizing automation efforts to maximize business outcomes.
