This role involves working closely with the Implementation Operations team to ensure successful client onboarding at Payworks. You'll act as the initial point of contact, set expectations, and manage data preparation. Your ability to work independently while also collaborating within teams will contribute to the overall success of client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strong relationships during client onboarding
• Prepare and analyze client employee data for setup
• Collaborate with other associates and Implementation teams
• Stay current with Payworks product knowledge
• Manage CRM updates during the onboarding phase
