About the Role We are looking for a Sr. Manager based in our Barcelona office, leading a team of three managers who drive pipeline for our Inside Sales organization. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance twice a week (preset schedule) and being within commuting distance of the office.

What You'll Do Lead the team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline generation.
Manage relationships and communication with territory sales leaders.
Partner with territory and SDR stakeholders to ensure the team is supported and equipped to achieve goals (e.G., marketing, operations, campaigns, etc.).
Empower managers to exceed goals through mentorship and coaching.
