Hybrid Global DRP & Inventory Planning Analyst

Johnson & Johnson in Solothurn is seeking a Distribution Requirements Planning Analyst to join the TECA & Sport global planning team in Zuchwil. The role is hybrid, 3 days on-site and 2 days work-from-home, full-time 40 hours per week, for a 12‑month contract.

You will support distribution planning across a global product portfolio, translate supply plans into distribution actions, and collaborate with regional and global teams to improve service, inventory and efficiency.
