The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of KDP's facilities in a hybrid work environment. This role ensures buildings, equipment, and workplace services are maintained efficiently, supports employee workplace needs, manages vendor relationships, coordinates facility projects, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Facilities Manager partners with cross-functional teams to deliver a safe, functional, and productive workplace while optimizing operational costs and enhancing the employee experience.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ?
