Hybrid Dynamics CRM Product Owner - Commercial Platform

Teknos is seeking a CEP/CRM Product Owner to own the Customer Engagement Platform (Microsoft Dynamics) and the commercial processes and data across markets and regions.

In this hybrid role, you will define, implement and continuously optimise lead and opportunity management, account and key account management, pricing and CPQ, and drive adoption through training and close collaboration with the Commercial Growth Director and the wider leadership team.
