Hybrid Design Excellence Trainee — 12-Month NeStep

Nestlé invites a recent Graphic or Communication Design graduate to join its NeStep program in Switzerland for a 12-month immersive experience. You will own a meaningful project for part of the time, while engaging in structured learning and mentoring to kick-start your career.

You will shape design guidelines, collaborate with the Global Design team and agencies to support branding across brand teams, and gain hands-on experience with real impact.
