Manpower Malta is seeking a Business Support Analyst – Client Focus for our card payments operations. This hybrid role blends business analysis, client relationship management, service delivery, and production support to ensure seamless client success across deployments and daily BAU activities.

You will gather requirements, coordinate testing and go-lives, manage production incidents, and provide regular client updates while collaborating with technical, delivery, and QA teams.
