Hybrid AWS Cloud Engineer — Incident Response & Automation

At Kyndryl, we are seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer (Mid‑Senior / N2) to operate and provide advanced support for AWS platforms in enterprise environments. You will resolve incidents, execute changes, and contribute to continuous improvement of BAU processes as part of the CloudOps team.

You will work on stabilizing services, driving automation, and maintaining operational documentation, while collaborating with senior staff to handle complex issues and implement scalable solutions.
