Hybrid Associate Analyst - Consumer Insights

Nepa is looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Finnish Customer Success team as Associate Analyst. You will deliver client projects turning survey-based insights into actionable recommendations, combining analytics with project ownership.

You'll work with Finland's leading brands, coordinating surveys, analysing data, and presenting clear business-relevant guidance. The role is a hybrid, two-year fixed-term position based in Helsinki or Stockholm, with about three days in the office.
