Job Description
We are supporting a major HVDC converter station construction project and are seeking an experienced HVDC Site Supervisor to oversee M&E installation activities on one of the UK’s flagship programmes.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the safe and efficient delivery of mechanical and electrical installation works across the converter station.
Key responsibilities include:
● Supervising daily M&E activities on site.
● Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
● Monitoring contractor performance, quality and productivity.
● Ensuring compliance with project specifications, QA/QC requirements and industry standards.
● Coordinating subcontractors and specialist installation teams.
● Supporting commissioning and handover activities.
● Conducting toolbox talks, site inspections and safety briefings.
● Managing permits to work and ensuring strict adherence to HSE procedures.
