HVAC Technician

Position Summary The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial clients.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and controls • Perform preventive maintenance to improve performance and extend equipment life • Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and blueprints • Test system performance using appropriate tools and adjust controls for proper operation • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer communications • Respond promptly to service calls and provide exceptional customer service • Ensure compliance w...
