The role involves performing general, preventative, and emergency maintenance of facilities equipment, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process systems operation and maintenance. The successful candidate will contribute to day-to-day operations, which may include tasks outside their normal skill set, such as restroom repairs and exposure to unfamiliar work.

+ Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units, air handling systems, chillers, and HVAC infrastructure.
