Job Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining heating/air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems, identifying repair/replacement needs, installing, repairing, and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment, and assisting other skilled trades as required.

Work Year: 12 month position; 260 days per year, 8 hours per day
