We are looking for someone experienced in residential HVAC installations who takes pride in clean workmanship, efficient installs, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role focuses primarily on heat pump retrofits, duct modifications, ventilation work, and sheet metal fabrication required for residential heating and cooling systems .
