HVAC Service Modernization General Manager

Role Responsibilities

• This position manages a large team of both experienced professionals and team leaders in New Equipment Modernization. Develops and implements short to mid-term site-specific safety strategy. Presents critical information to senior management. This role is the subject matter expert in installing/building systems.

  • Oversee more than one projects such as: the installation of new equipment in new construction projects, upgrades or replacement of obsolete equipment for existing accounts, delivery of upgrades to existing customer‑owned equipment.
  • Provides retrofitting and modernization solutions to contractors and building owners.
  • Prepares accurate and timely project financial and status reports, which accurately forecast project revenue and are reconciled and updated monthly.
