As an HVAC Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily service operations by aligning field teams, customer requirements, and internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Job Description

• Lead day-to-day coordination of HVAC service operations, including scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Serve as the central liaison between customers, field teams, supervisors, and project stakeholders
• Track and manage service jobs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee service documentation, job reports, invoicing inputs, and data accuracy across systems
