North American Trade Schools is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an instructor in our HVAC department. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the trade along with the relevant certifications (G2 minimum). Position Summary
The instructor is ultimately responsible for modeling the behavior in both the classroom and the lab that will allow each student to fulfill their academic potential. Instructors must combine their real world knowledge and experience with a prescribed curriculum in line with the institution’s core values.
Essential Functions
- Deliver the curriculum through lecture presentations (virtually and in person)
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Learning Management Software (LMS) as required
- Take daily attendance & follow up to ensure retention goals are met
