The HVAC Field Service Supervisor/Trainer plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of field service technicians within the HVAC industry. This position is responsible for ensuring that all service operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies. The role involves providing hands-on training and continuous professional development to technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer satisfaction. The supervisor/trainer will also coordinate service schedules, troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, and serve as a key liaison between field teams and management.
