Commercial HVAC Estimator
Pay: $80,000 – $120,000
We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial HVAC Estimator with progressive estimating experience in mechanical construction. Join a contractor with 20+ years delivering HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, controls, sheet metal, and full lifecycle mechanical services for commercial, healthcare, industrial, hospitality and institutional clients.
What You Will Do
· Lead quantity takeoffs, detailed cost builds, and line-item assemblies for commercial HVAC and mechanical scopes
· Review plans/specs for ductwork, piping, equipment, controls, insulating, and balancing scopes
· Prepare complete bid packages for new construction and remodel contracts ($100K–$4M+)
· Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
· Identify value-engineering opportunities while protecting margin
