Position: HVAC Engineer
Location: Ajman
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong HVAC Engineer to oversee all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems within Dusit Ajman Resort & Villas. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal comfort for guests and staff by maintaining efficient, reliable, and energy‑effective HVAC operations across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HVAC operations across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back‑of‑house facilities.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and related systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy‑saving initiatives.
