**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide virtual support and oversight to technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot remotely.
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests, delivering excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and reinforce knowledge to his team on-site and remotely.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- C1 level of English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
