Humanitarian HR Partner: Shape People, Change & Inclusion

MSF Switzerland HQ is seeking an HR Partner to shape people practices, support managers, and guide HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle in a multicultural environment.

You will lead HR service delivery, employee relations and risk management, analyse people data, advise on policy and change, and support learning and capability development across HQ hubs.

This is a full‑time, open‑ended role with a gross annual salary from CHF 102'180 to CHF 116'508 and 25 days of vacation per year.
