Job Description
As an HR IT Analyst you will support the HR/PO organization to achieve data consistency, accuracy and develop tools and reports based on data to help the HR organization in making decision.
You will have a place in the people Insights team and the most important partners will be HR Center of Excellence, HRBPs and other HR IT team members.
You will report to the HR IT manager in charge.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Perform mass data uploads in Workday HCM using the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) tool or additional tools.
- Maintain reporting catalog and develop dashboards.
- Create Data Quality dashboard to address the HR data inconsistencies to partners.
- Merge data from multiple sources and conduct corresponding data processing to meet interim and complex reporting needs.
- Recognize and communicate unusual events affecting HR data accuracy.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which Workday will be developed.
