Human Resources Specialist

Are you a HR professional who enjoys ensuring effective, accurate and compliant HR processes? Do you want to play an important role in supporting employees and managers in HR related matters as well as the full employment lifecycle in an international industrial company? You might be exactly the person we are looking for to join Nordic Lights as our new HR Specialist.

You will support our Finnish operation and be part of a global HR team of 3-4 persons, reporting to the HR Senior Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employment contracts, work permits, employment changes, and general HR administration
